Villa Associate

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Clean all assigned guestrooms including: dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies
• Sign in and out master keys daily
• Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Update and record all cleaned rooms
• Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office
• Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards
• Report necessary maintenance items & Other duties as assigned
• Swimming pool netting and common area debris removal, plantpots and trays cleaning
• Kitchen cleaning if the facility was used by guests later at night, including all the utensils.
• Dining area mopping and all rooms, including outdoor areas like pool, seating area at pool side.
• Breakfast table setup / and preparations.
• Watering of indoor plants and terrace cleaning.
• Order taking for Breakfast
• Preparation of breakfast as per menu.
• Guest laundry and linen processing only at the guidance of HomeOwner or guests.
• Housekeeping Morning service in all bedrooms, washrooms and arranging of guest belonging
• Alternate Lunch relief of the Villa Attendant
• Housekeeping Morning service in all bedrooms. Bed making, bathroom cleaning, dusting and mopping
• Evening snacks for guest like Tea coffee and snacks if ordered, fogging in and around the villa
• Evening service for all bedrooms
• Dinner service and attending extra request
• Kitchen cleaning and garbage disposal
