Job Description

  • Accurate Trade Execution: Execute cash equity and F&O buy/sell orders swiftly on trading terminals (ODIN, NEST, Bloomberg) adhering strictly to client instructions and best-price execution.
  • Pre-Trade Risk & Margin Checks: Verify real-time client ledger balances, collateral margins, and exposure limits before routing orders to prevent unauthorized over-leverage.
  • Trade Confirmation & Reconciliation: Provide prompt post-trade confirmations to clients and partner with operations to reconcile daily trade books and contract notes.
  • Driving Turnover & Brokerage Revenue: Actively engage assigned clients with actionable market ideas to increase daily trading volumes, client participation, and overall desk revenue.
  • Dormant Account Re-activation: Track inactive and low-turnover accounts, re-engaging clients with fresh market cues and portfolio review offers to restart their trading flow.
  • Client Acquisition & Referral Generation: Leverage existing satisfied HNI and retail client relationships to generate qualified new investor referrals and expand the firm's trading book.
  • End-to-End Account Opening Support: Facilitate fast-track onboarding by guiding new prospects through digital e-KYC, documentation, demat/trading account opening, and initial margin funding.
  • Back-Office & Operational Coordination: Assist clients with operational queries, including fund pay-in/pay-out processing, stock transfers (DIS/e-DIS), corporate action queries, and ledger reconciliations.
  • Market Commentary & Research Dissemination: Share pre-market setups, sectoral trends, stock triggers, and in-house technical/fundamental research calls with active traders.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Controls: Ensure complete adherence to exchange regulations, statutory order-recording mandates, real-time MTM stop-losses, and AML protocols.
