iCKREATE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Specialist to manage and optimize our online order fulfillment and customer interaction processes. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless order processing, exceptional customer service, and efficient inventory management across our website and various sales channels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of e-commerce operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Order Management:Monitor and process new orders received through the company website and other online marketplaces.
  • Track and update the status of current orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Contact customers to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and address any order-related inquiries.
  • Customer Support:Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues received via the company website and other communication channels.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Logistics & Inventory:Manage order packing and preparation for shipment.
  • Schedule and coordinate pickups with courier aggregators.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory sorting.
  • Online Marketplace Management:Create and manage product listings on the company website and other relevant marketplaces.
  • Digital Marketing Assistance:Assist in the creation of digital marketing content under the guidance and mentorship of the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities in English language.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and e-commerce platforms. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service, or related fields is an advantage.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time position: 4 hours per day, 6 days per week.
  • One paid holiday per month.
