Job Description:

C&B Designs is looking for an experienced Export Operations & Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end export shipments, warehouse inventory, export documentation, and freight coordination.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CSB-V documentation, courier exports, customs clearance, and CHA coordination. You will work closely with the warehouse team, courier partners, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant international shipments.

Training on our ERP system (ERPNext) will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Export Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and process CSB-V documentation for eligible courier export shipments.
• Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, KYC/IEC details, and courier declarations.
• Ensure all shipment documents contain accurate product descriptions, values, quantities, and weights.
• Maintain proper digital records for audits and future reference.

2. Customs Clearance & CHA Coordination

• Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) for timely customs clearance.
• Share export documents, respond to queries, and support customs assessments when required.
• Identify and resolve potential clearance issues to avoid shipment delays.
• Ensure compliance with applicable export regulations and courier requirements.

3. Freight & Courier Management

• Manage standard courier and FedEx shipments, including shipping labels, airway bills, manifests, and pickup scheduling.
• Coordinate with external freight forwarders for larger and non-courier shipments.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, holds, and delivery exceptions.

4. Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels, inbound receipts, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure products are correctly stored, picked, packed, and ready for dispatch.
• Identify stock shortages and discrepancies that may affect order fulfillment.
• Update and maintain inventory and shipment records in the ERP system.

5. Packing & Order Dispatch

• Ensure shipments are packed safely and efficiently to help optimize freight costs.
• Verify product details, quantities, packaging, documentation, and destination before dispatch.
• Maintain dispatch timelines and minimize errors, rework, and shipment delays.
• Provide regular shipment updates to internal teams and flag potential issues early.
• Required Skills & Qualifications3–6+ years of hands-on experience in export operations, export shipping, or logistics.
• Practical knowledge of CSB-V documentation and courier export procedures.
• Experience coordinating customs clearance with a CHA.
• Strong understanding of commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, KYC/IEC documentation, and courier declarations.
• Experience managing warehouse inventory and stock records.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an ownership mindset.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in e-commerce, D2C, or multi-SKU export operations.
• Experience working with FedEx, courier partners, or freight forwarders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; ERPNext experience is an advantage.
• Basic GST knowledge is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Working ScheduleThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Aligarh. Working hours may vary depending on shipment dispatch schedules. Flexibility, including occasional evening or night availability, may be required to meet export deadlines.
