Job DescriptionF&I Dekor is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Aligarh. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the hardware, plywood, and wall panel industry.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle walk-in customers and understand their product requirements.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and applications to customers.
• Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Display and maintain products properly in the showroom/store.
• Coordinate with the team for stock availability and order fulfilment.
• Keep track of customer requirements and follow up for potential sales.
• Maintain basic sales and customer records.
• Requirements2–3 years of experience in retail sales.
• Experience in hardware, plywood, wall panels, interior products, or related building materials is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of product sales and negotiation.
• Candidates with knowledge of the Aligarh market will be preferred.
