Job Description

  1. Grow Demat Client Base: Connect with new investors, explain the benefits of smart investing, and help them seamlessly open and activate Demat/Trading accounts.
  2. Drive Mutual Funds & SIPs: Understand client financial goals and encourage regular SIP investments to build long-term wealth for them and grow our fund book.
  3. Engage in Local Outreach & Campaigns: Participate in client awareness meets, local networking, and digital campaigns to generate quality investment leads.
  4. Smooth Onboarding & Documentation: Assist clients with complete KYC, account opening, and bank mandate setup with high accuracy and speed.
  5. Provide Top-Notch Client Support: Act as the trusted point of contact for clients, resolving their operational queries and app-related questions promptly.
  6. Conduct Regular Portfolio Reviews: Stay in touch with existing investors to share portfolio updates and help them stay on track with their financial goals.
  7. Ensure 100% Regulatory Compliance: Follow all SEBI and AMFI guidelines strictly, ensuring transparent and legally compliant investment transactions.
  8. Commit to Honest & Ethical Selling: Always put the client’s interest first—never promise unrealistic returns or mis-sell financial products.
  9. Maintain Secure Client Records: Keep physical and digital records organized, audit-ready, and strictly confidential.
  10. Track Progress in CRM & Meet Goals: Update daily client interactions in the CRM, achieve monthly milestones, and celebrate mutual growth with the firm.
