Job Title: Video Editor & Digital Marketing Specialist

- Location: Aluva, Kunnukara (In-Office)
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Shift Timing: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Day Shift)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Video Editor & Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of our social media presence.
- Primary Goal: Actively manage and grow our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), design high-impact posters, drive brand reach, and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Oversee, update, and grow our brand pages across major platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Video Production & Shooting: Shoot high-quality footage (using company cameras or high-end smartphones) and edit engaging Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Site Visits & Field Shoots: Occasionally travel to landscape and project sites to capture live footage and on-site video content.
- Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and social media campaigns to drive targeted business leads.
- Graphic & Catalog Design: Create compelling product catalogs, carousels, video thumbnails, and promotional posters using Canva or Photoshop.
- AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to speed up video production, streamline workflows, and boost campaign performance.
Requirements & Skills
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) and graphic design (Canva/Photoshop).
- Marketing Expertise: Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media algorithms.
- Creative Sense: Strong aesthetic vision and passion for digital storytelling.
- Bonus Qualifications: Prior experience or interest in landscaping, interiors, architecture, or education, along with familiarity with AI content tools.
