Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Interns to join our team. The role involves customer interaction, outbound calling, lead follow-up, sales coordination, and maintaining customer-related data using MS Excel.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain financial products and services to customers.
• Generate and follow up on leads.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Maintain daily calling and sales activity reports.
• Update customer and lead information in Excel/CRM.
• Follow up with customers regarding applications and documentation.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly activity targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Required SkillsGood verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Customer-handling and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with targets.
• Basic understanding of financial products is an advantage.
• Stipend & Career Opportunity0–6 Months: ₹14,000 per month
• 6–12 Months: ₹18,000 per month
• After successful completion of 1 year: Opportunity for on-role conversion as Sales Executive, subject to performance and company requirements.

• Freshers / candidates with 0–1 year experience
• Candidates willing to work full-time
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
