Back Office Executive – Stock Broking
Location: Ambala cant
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Parmanent
Experience: 2+ Years Preferred
Education: Graduate | Commerce Background Preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Back Office Executive to handle day-to-day operational and documentation work in our stock broking firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client records, documentation and data entry
- Handle KYC, account opening and routine back-office activities
- Maintain Excel sheets and prepare basic reports
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Handle emails and day-to-day office communication
Requirements
- Graduate; B.Com/M.Com preferred
- Good computer knowledge and MS Excel skills
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Prior experience in stock broking, banking, finance or office operations preferred
