Store Manager

Dakido is an established kids' garments retail business.

Experience: 4–8 Years (Retail Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete day-to-day retail store operations.
• Lead, supervise and motivate a team of 25–30 employees.
• Monitor daily sales targets and team performance.
• Manage inventory, stock availability and shrinkage control.
• Ensure excellent customer service and complaint resolution.
• Supervise billing, cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
• Prepare daily and weekly MIS and performance reports.
• Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, training and discipline.
• Improve store productivity, sales and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

• Retail Store Management Experience – Mandatory.
• Experience managing a team of 25–30 employees – Strongly Preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail sales, inventory and store operations.
• Experience in garments, fashion or lifestyle retail preferred.
• Basic computer and MIS reporting knowledge.
