Job Description
Make phone call on regulResponsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads received through IndiaMART, Facebook, website and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements related to hard water and water scaling problems.
- Explain our products and their applications in a simple and professional manner.
- Share product brochures, quotations, videos and other information through WhatsApp.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Identify Hot, Warm and Cold leads and update their status.
- Maintain daily call records, customer remarks and follow-up dates in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Handle basic customer objections related to price, product suitability, comparison with other suppliers, etc.
- Coordinate with the senior sales person for technical discussions, negotiations and final closing.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English preferred.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and computers.
- Fresher or 1–2 years of telecalling/inside-sales experience can apply.
- Positive attitude, patience and willingness to learn.
- Candidates from Ambarnath/Badlapur/Kalyan/Dombivli/Thane area preferred
