Relationship Manager - Retail

Primary Targets and Metrics
    • Sales Targets (Disbursement & Sanction): Meet monthly and quarterly volume goals for home loan approvals and loan disbursements.
    • Lead Generation: Source new housing loan prospects through open-market field visits, builder tie-ups, real estate agents, and direct canvassing. [1]
    • Login Quality & Conversion: Convert raw leads into completed loan applications (logins) with a high login-to-sanction conversion rate.

Process and Relationship Management
    • Document Verification: Collect, inspect, and verify customer KYC, income proofs, and property documents to meet credit risk standards. [1]
    • Turnaround Time (TAT): Coordinate with the processing, underwriting, and operations teams to minimize processing time from application to disbursement. [1, 2]
    • Channel Relationships: Build and maintain strong networks with local builders, developers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to ensure a steady referral pipelin
