Job Description
Role - Accounts Executive
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, purchase and sales entries.
- Handle GST filing, TDS, ESI and PF statutory compliance.
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet and other financial reports.
- Handle accounting entries using Tally.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance with tax regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial information.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors and internal departments.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related activities as required.
