Roles & Responsibilities


  • Shop floor planning and production organization using the 4M approach – Man, Machine, Material & Method.
  • Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
  • Target-oriented approach with a focus on achieving production goals.
  • Strong quality orientation and knowledge of QMS.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
  • Manage production activities with daily, weekly and monthly monitoring.
  • Monitor manpower and machine efficiency and utilization.
