Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, audit requirements, AML, and KYC norms. [role.com]
• Authorize and verify customer transaction requests processed by branch staff. [role.com]
• Monitor branch lobby management and customer queues to enhance service quality. [role.com]
• Handle cash operations, foreign exchange (FX), and related banking services within approved limits. [role.com]
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure within defined TATs. [role.com]
• Ensure accurate account-opening documentation and compliance checks before submission. [role.com]

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (Banking/Finance preferred).
• Experience in branch banking operations, customer service, or retail banking.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and processes

 

1. Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
3. Authorize and verify system inputs for customer transactions and service requests done by subordinates.
4. Manage branch lobby and customer queues to enhance service delivery.
5. Handle cash operations, including foreign exchange (FX) and traveler’s cheques (TCs), within prescribed limits.
6. Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
7. Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
