We are looking for someone who has strong knowledge of graphic designing, design software, print-ready artwork, layouts, and printing requirements.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand customer requirements, create professional designs, prepare artwork for printing, and coordinate with the production team to ensure the final printed output matches the required design and specifications.

• 🎨 KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCreate professional, attractive, and print-ready designs according to customer requirements.
• Design banners, flex prints, posters, signs, promotional materials, and other printing-related artwork.
• Understand customer requirements and convert ideas into creative designs.
• Prepare artwork according to the required size, dimensions, layout, and printing specifications.
• Make necessary changes and corrections based on customer or management feedback.
• Ensure proper alignment, typography, images, colours, and overall design quality.
• Prepare high-quality files suitable for printing and production.
• Coordinate with the printing and production team to ensure accurate output.
• Check artwork carefully before sending it for printing.
• Maintain organized design files and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Ensure designs are completed within the required deadlines.
• Handle urgent design requirements professionally.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all designs.
• Stay updated with current design trends and creative ideas.
• Support the production team whenever design-related assistance is required.
• 💻 REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience as a Graphic Designer is preferred.
• Practical experience in printing press, flex printing, signage, or advertising design will be highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of relevant graphic design software and tools.
• Strong understanding of layouts, typography, colours, images, and print specifications.
• Ability to create print-ready files accurately.
• Good creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and deliver designs accordingly.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple design requirements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and professional.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in the printing industry will be given high preference.
