Job Summary

The Camp Dental Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Marketing and BTL team in planning and executing dental awareness camps, promotional activities, and oral health check-up camps across the assigned region. The individual will assist in engaging with potential patients, coordinating dental camp activities, generating patient leads, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives to drive business growth and brand awareness for Clove Dental.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the BTL/Marketing team in organizing and executing dental camps at corporate offices, residential societies, schools, colleges, public spaces, and other locations.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for camp planning, scheduling, and on-ground execution.
• Support dentists during dental check-ups and consultations conducted at camps.
• Engage with visitors and potential patients to promote Clove Dental's services and offerings.
• Generate patient leads through camp registrations and ensure accurate collection of patient details.
• Explain basic dental services, ongoing offers, and clinic information to prospective patients.
• Encourage potential patients to visit Clove Dental clinics for further consultation and treatment.
• Coordinate appointment bookings and follow-ups for leads generated through camps.
• Distribute marketing collaterals, brochures, and promotional materials during camp activities.
• Ensure proper setup of camp stalls, branding materials, dental equipment, and other required resources.
• Maintain daily records of camps conducted, footfall, registrations, leads generated, and appointments converted.
• Coordinate with the respective clinic teams to ensure timely follow-up of leads generated through camps.
• Travel across the assigned region for conducting and supporting marketing activities.
• Ensure all camp activities are conducted in accordance with company guidelines and brand standards.
