Age: 30 years and above

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively with staff, clients, vendors, and management.
• Maintain records, reports, documentation, and other necessary paperwork.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare regular updates and reports for management.
• Handle queries and resolve routine coordination-related issues.
• Support management in planning and organizing meetings, events, and activities.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Responsible, professional, and detail-oriented approach.
