📞 Position: Customer Support -Inbound voice process

📍 Location: Amritsar, Near Manawala

Process: E-commerce - Amazon, Flipkart, meesho, Myntra

🔹 Job Details

👨 For Boys: Rotational shifts – Morning, Evening & Night

👩 For Girls: Morning shifts only (between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) Day only


⏰ Shift Duration: 9 Hours/ 1 hour lunch break


📋 Roles & Responsibilities


✅ Handle inbound customer calls - Voice process

✅ Resolve customer issues effectively and professionally

✅ Maintain a positive customer experience


📅 Working Days: 6 Days

🛑 Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Day Off


💰 Salary


💵 CTC: ₹18,000

💵 In-Hand: ₹13,500
