Field Collection Executive

We are looking for a motivated Field Executive to represent our company and support day-to-day field operations. The successful candidate will visit customers and business locations, build positive relationships, and help ensure targets and service standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers, retailers, or sites according to the daily schedule.
• Promote the company’s products or services and explain their benefits.
• Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and support sales conversions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and promptly address routine concerns.
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activity.
• Complete visit records, reports, and other required documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with the office team to resolve customer or operational issues.
• Meet assigned activity, service, and performance targets.

Requirements

• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable travelling within the assigned territory.
• Basic smartphone and record-keeping skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Previous field sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• A valid driving licence and access to reliable transport may be required, depending on the role.
