Operations Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily production room activities and manage end-to-end order execution. In this role, you will work closely on the floor with team leads to ensure seamless manufacturing, accurate order fulfillment, and timely dispatches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Floor Management: Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring cutters have sufficient cut work ready and tailors are accurately assembling pieces according to technical specifications and quality standards.
• Order Management & Dispatch: Track, allocate, and distribute orders coming from both website sales and physical retail stores to the production floor; oversee final packaging and timely order dispatch.
• Inventory & Material Tracking: Monitor raw material stock levels using Excel sheets, record real-time inventory updates, and flag shortages or re-order requirements promptly.
• Team Coordination: Work directly with floor leads, tailors, and cutters to resolve bottlenecks, maintain quality checks, and meet daily output targets.

Requirements & Skills:

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for inventory tracking, order logs, and daily reporting.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or background in the garment, textile, or apparel manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Leadership & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively with production team leads and floor staff.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage fast-moving order flows without compromising garment quality.
