Job Description
Plan, manage and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time with minimum wastage.
Manage manpower, machinery, raw materials and production schedules.
Monitor product quality and ensure batches are manufactured as per specifications.
Maintain proper production records, batch sheets and inventory consumption records.
Coordinate with the Store, Purchase, Quality and Sales teams.
Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals and raw materials.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance when required.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness and proper use of PPE.
Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
Control production costs and reduce material wastage.
