Job SummaryKSA Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive – Airport Assistance to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, coordinating airport assistance, managing transportation arrangements, and supporting sales activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and assist customers at and around the airport.
• Coordinate airport arrivals and departures smoothly.
• Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with drivers and transportation teams for airport transfers and sightseeing.
• Manage transportation arrangements and ensure timely vehicle allocation.
• Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with hotels, drivers, and other service providers.
• Follow up with customers and support sales activities.
• Maintain proper communication and coordination with the operations team.
• Ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for guests.
• Required SkillsHindi language proficiency is mandatory.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of transportation coordination.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and politely.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a travel and tourism environment.
