Lab Technician

About the RoleWe are looking for a DMLT / Laboratory Technician to join our occupational health centre in Ankleshwar. The candidate should have hands-on experience in routine laboratory operations and be comfortable working independently with laboratory equipment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine blood sample collection and laboratory testing.
• Operate and maintain 3-part hematology analyser for CBC and related investigations.
• Perform routine biochemistry testing using semi-automated biochemistry equipment.
• Handle basic microbiology-related laboratory procedures and equipment.
• Ensure proper sample identification, processing, and storage.
• Carry out daily equipment checks, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
• Follow standard laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality-control procedures.
• Coordinate with the doctor/pathologist regarding test reports and any abnormal findings.
• RequirementsDMLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2+ years of relevant laboratory experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with hematology analysers is required.
• Experience with biochemistry and microbiology equipment/procedures preferred.
• Good knowledge of sample collection, processing, and routine laboratory practices.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate documentation.
• Candidates residing in Ankleshwar or nearby areas will be preferred.
