Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth, develop customer relationships, generate new leads, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong sales approach, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage leads for new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits and field sales activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, builders, contractors, and clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Follow up on orders, payments, and collections.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and MIS.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum Bachelor's Degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in building materials / steel / pipes / industrial products will be an advantage.
