Job Description – Solar PV Installation TechnicianPosition: Solar PV Installation Technician / Installation Worker

Number of Vacancies: 50 Positions

Location: Raipur, Rajnandgaon, Dhamtari, Korba, Baloda Bazar, Sukma, Bijapur and other locations across Chhattisgarh

Job PurposeTo carry out solar PV system installation, wiring, equipment fitting and site-related installation activities as per technical standards, safety guidelines and company requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and fit solar PV panels and related equipment.
• Carry out DC/AC wiring and cable installation work.
• Assist in the installation of inverters, mounting structures and other solar equipment.
• Perform solar system installation and connection-related activities at project sites.
• Properly use required tools and equipment during installation work.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company instructions at project sites.
• Complete assigned tasks as instructed by the Site In-charge/Senior Technical Team.
• Travel to different project locations across Chhattisgarh as required.
• QualificationITI – Electrical, Electrician or relevant trade candidates can apply.
• Diploma – Electrical, Electronics or relevant trade candidates can apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in solar installation will be preferred.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Age Limit20 to 35 Years

Salary₹13,500 to ₹16,500 per month as initial salary, with higher salary based on experience and qualification.

पद का उद्देश्यसोलर पीवी सिस्टम की स्थापना, वायरिंग, उपकरणों की फिटिंग एवं साइट पर इंस्टॉलेशन से संबंधित कार्यों को निर्धारित तकनीकी मानकों एवं सुरक्षा नियमों के अनुसार पूरा करना।

• मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँसोलर पैनल एवं संबंधित उपकरणों की स्थापना एवं फिटिंग करना।
• डीसी/एसी वायरिंग एवं केबलिंग का कार्य करना।
• इन्वर्टर, स्ट्रक्चर एवं अन्य सोलर उपकरणों की इंस्टॉलेशन में सहयोग करना।
• साइट पर सोलर सिस्टम की इंस्टॉलेशन एवं कनेक्शन संबंधी कार्य करना।
• इंस्टॉलेशन के दौरान आवश्यक औजार एवं उपकरणों का सही उपयोग करना।
• साइट पर सुरक्षा नियमों एवं कंपनी के निर्देशों का पालन करना।
• वरिष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी/साइट इंचार्ज द्वारा दिए गए कार्यों को समय पर पूरा करना।
• आवश्यकता अनुसार छत्तीसगढ़ के विभिन्न स्थानों पर यात्रा करके साइट पर कार्य करना।
• योग्यताआईटीआई (इलेक्ट्रिकल/इलेक्ट्रीशियन या संबंधित ट्रेड) उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• डिप्लोमा (इलेक्ट्रिकल/इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स/संबंधित ट्रेड) उम्मीदवार भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• सोलर इंस्टॉलेशन का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जा सकती है।
• फ्रेशर एवं अनुभवी दोनों उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

आयु सीमा20 से 35 वर्ष

वेतन₹13,500 से ₹16,500 प्रति माह प्रारंभिक वेतन, अनुभव एवं योग्यता के अनुसार अधिक वेतन दिया जा सकता है।
