Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer orders nationally and internationally, tracking all details with precision.
• Maintain organized order management using advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Build strong, personable relationships with customers, using persuasive communication to retain and grow the customer base.
• Coordinate closely with customers, the owner, and designers, ensuring seamless communication across time zones.
• Manage priorities effectively, balancing multiple tasks and deadlines in an organized way.
• Exhibit a creative mindset to engage customers and propose unique solutions.- Demonstrate a passion for learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization.- Personable and persuasive, with a creative approach to customer engagement.
• Ability to coordinate effectively between customers, the owner, and designers.
