Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Site Supervisors to oversee day-to-day site operations at various project locations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of site activities, manage manpower, maintain safety and quality standards, and coordinate effectively with the project and management teams.

Candidates will be preferred from Drilling & Blasting Experience in Coal Mining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor on-site operations to ensure timely and quality execution of work.
• Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
• Maintain site reports, including attendance, shift changes, and daily work progress.
• Ensure compliance with company safety norms and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and management for work updates and requirements.
• Identify and report site-related issues proactively for quick resolution.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in site supervision (preferably in industrial, mining, or drilling projects).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to different sites as per company requirement.
• Basic computer literacy and report preparation skills.
