Job Description
🚨 URGENT HIRING – SERVICE ADVISOR 🚨
Company: P.S Jivraj Automobiles LLP (PSJ TVS)
Department: Service
Designation: Service Advisor
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and handle them professionally.
- Understand and record customer complaints regarding their two-wheelers.
- Prepare job cards with accurate customer details, vehicle information, and service requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and coordinate with technicians to identify technical issues.
- Prepare service estimates, including labour charges and spare parts costs.
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers, including engines, brakes, batteries, tyres, and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of vehicle servicing and periodic maintenance.
- Ability to prepare job cards and service estimates.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or service management software.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass.
- Diploma or ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
Experience Preferred
- 1–2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a two-wheeler dealership or automobile service centre.
- Freshers with good communication skills and basic automobile knowledge may also be considered.
