Job Description

Agar aap B2B portal par “lead” ki baat kar rahe hain, to Customer Support Executive (CSE) ka role mainly lead ko handle karke customer ko proper response dena aur sale/requirement process ko support karna hota hai.


B2B portal par lead par kya karna hota hai?Jab portal par kisi customer ki enquiry/lead aati hai, CSE generally:

  • Lead check karta hai — customer kya product/service maang raha hai.
  • Customer ko call ya message karta hai — requirement samajhne ke liye.
  • Basic details leta hai — quantity, location, budget, requirement, delivery etc.
  • Product/service ki information deta hai aur available ho to quotation/share price deta hai.
  • Lead ko follow-up karta hai — customer interested hai ya nahi, ye confirm karta hai.
  • Lead status update karta hai — jaise New, Contacted, Interested, Quotation Sent, Follow-up, Converted, Not Interested.
  • Agar CSE khud sale close nahi karta, to hot/qualified lead sales team ko forward karta hai.
  • Customer ke questions, complaints ya order-related issues ko resolve ya concerned team ko escalate karta hai.
