Data Entry Operator

1.Key Responsibility

• Visit assigned websites and identify relevant information.
• Collect required data according to the provided guidelines.
• Enter the collected information accurately into the company web portal.
• Verify website details before submitting the form.
• Ensure all mandatory fields are completed correctly.
• Avoid duplicate, irrelevant, or incomplete entries.
• Follow daily work instructions and quality standards.
• Achieve the assigned daily/weekly data-entry target.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and company information.

2.Performance Target

Operators will be assigned a daily target based on project requirements.

Performance will be evaluated based on:

• Number of valid forms completed
• Accuracy of data
• Relevance of information
• Rejection/duplicate rate
• Timely completion of assigned work

3.Working Shifts

Candidates must select one shift at the time of joining:

1. Day Shift

2.Night Shift

4.Payment

Payment can be structured on a per-valid-form basis, with additional incentives for consistent high-quality performance.
