Swiggy Instamart म्हणजे काय?Swiggy Instamart ही Swiggy ची क्विक-कॉमर्स सेवा आहे, जिथे ग्राहकांना किराणा माल, भाज्या, फळे, डेअरी उत्पादने, घरगुती वस्तू आणि दैनंदिन वापराच्या वस्तू 10-15 मिनिटांत घरपोच दिल्या जातात. यासाठी वेअरहाऊस (डार्क स्टोअर) मध्ये Picker आणि Loader ची महत्त्वाची भूमिका असते.

  1. कामाची वेळ (Shifts):सकाळी 7:00 ते दुपारी 4:00
  2. दुपारी 3:00 ते रात्री 12:00
  3. रात्री 11:00 ते सकाळी 8:00


📦 1. Picker (पिकर) – कामाचे स्वरूप

▪️ ग्राहकांनी ऑर्डर केलेली उत्पादने स्टोअरमधून शोधून काढणे.

▪️ ऑर्डरनुसार योग्य उत्पादने निवडणे.

▪️ उत्पादनांची संख्या आणि गुणवत्ता तपासणे.

▪️ निवडलेली उत्पादने पॅकिंगसाठी संबंधित कर्मचाऱ्यांकडे देणे.

▪️ ऑर्डर वेळेत आणि अचूकपणे पूर्ण करणे.

📦 2. Loader (लोडर) – कामाचे स्वरूप

▪️ वाहनातून आलेले बॉक्स, क्रेट्स आणि माल खाली उतरवणे.

▪️ आलेला माल योग्य ठिकाणी व्यवस्थित ठेवणे.

▪️ स्टोअरमध्ये मालाची मांडणी आणि साठवणूक करण्यास मदत करणे.

▪️ आवश्यकतेनुसार माल हलवणे आणि स्टॉक व्यवस्थित ठेवणे.

▪️ शारीरिकदृष्ट्या सक्रिय राहून दिलेली कामे वेळेत पूर्ण करणे.

✅ सामान्य पात्रता व अटी:

▪️ वय: 18 ते 30 वर्षे

▪️ शारीरिकदृष्ट्या फिट असणे आवश्यक.

▪️ बेसिक इंग्रजी वाचता आणि समजता येणे आवश्यक.

▪️ रोटेशनल शिफ्टमध्ये काम करण्याची तयारी असावी.

▪️ पूर्णवेळ काम करण्याची तयारी आवश्यक.
