Job Description

PROJECT ARCHITECT – MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESPosition: Project Architect

Experience: 2–5+ Years

  • Client ची requirement समजून Project Planning & Design करणे.
  • 2D Plan, Elevation, Section आणि Working Drawings तयार करणे.
  • 3D Elevation / Exterior Design तयार करणे.
  • Structural Engineer, Civil Engineer आणि MEP Consultants सोबत coordination करणे.
  • Drawing नुसार Estimate, BOQ आणि Material Quantity तयार करण्यासाठी technical support देणे.
  • Client कडून design/drawing approval घेणे आणि आवश्यक changes करणे.
  • Site visit करून drawing प्रमाणे construction होत आहे का ते तपासणे.
  • Site वरील design आणि technical problems चे solution देणे.
  • Site Engineer, Project Engineer, Contractor आणि Vendor यांच्यासोबत coordination करणे.
  • Project ची Design, Quality, Budget आणि Timeline यावर लक्ष ठेवणे.
  • Project च्या सुरुवातीपासून completion पर्यंत Design ते Site Execution ची जबाबदारी घेणे.
  • नवीन project साठी client meeting, design presentation आणि technical proposal मध्ये company ला support करणे.
