Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are a fast-growing solar energy company looking for an experienced Accounts Executive who is highly proficient in Zoho Books.

You will be completely responsible for maintaining our cloud-based books, managing milestone-based customer billing, tracking vendor purchases, and ensuring our financial data is perfectly organized.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Zoho Books Management: Handle day-to-day data entry, accounting, and ledger maintenance directly inside Zoho Books.

2. Invoicing & Milestone Billing: Generate GST invoices for residential and commercial solar projects based on payment stages (Advance, Delivery, Commissioning).

3. Expense & Inventory Logging: Record purchases of solar modules, inverters, and structures, ensuring all vendor bills are accurately uploaded and categorized.

4. Bank Feed Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts using Zoho Books automated bank feeds to ensure zero discrepancies.

5. Receivables Tracking: Monitor outstanding payments from clients and send automated payment reminders through the system.

6. CA Coordination: Keep all data, reports, and tax ledgers clean and updated for monthly GST and TDS filing by our CA.

7. Requirements & Skills

Software Expertise: Minimum 1 year of continuous hands-on experience using Zoho Books is mandatory.

8. Education: B.Com or M.Com degree.

Experience: 1–3 years in core accounting roles.

Core Skills: Strong understanding of GST rules, TDS deductions, bank reconciliation, and practical business accounting.

9. Excel Knowledge: Comfort with MS Excel for quick data sorting and reporting

10. Working timing: 4 Hrs a Day.
