Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Regularly visit customers, dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Ensure proper product availability and distribution across the assigned area.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
