Area Sales Manager (B2B)

Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Dealer Development (EV Bikes)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager to expand our EV Bike dealer network across Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and appointing new dealers, building strong dealer relationships, and driving business growth in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and appoint new dealers across Maharashtra.
• Generate leads and meet potential business partners.
• Explain the company's dealership model, products, and business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly dealer appointment targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
• Coordinate with dealers regarding documentation, onboarding, orders, and support.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Travel within the assigned territory to meet dealers and expand the network.
• Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, dealer development, or channel sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
• Knowledge of the automobile or EV industry is preferred.
• Valid driving license is an added advantage.

Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance
