Job Description
Job Title: Back Office Executive
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Maharashtra)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 0 to 1+ Years
Salary Package: 2.0 LPA*
Job Responsibilities:
1. Check the Daily Report MIS for case assignments.
2. Draft valuation reports in the prescribed bank/NBFC format based on data received from field engineers.
3. Compile and organize site photographs, property documents, measurement details, and market information. Verify the accuracy of property details.
4. Ensure reports comply with company SOPs & banking guidelines.
5. Perform formatting, proofreading, and quality checks to ensure reports are error-free and professionally presented.
6. Ensure timely completion and submission of valuation reports within the defined TAT (Turn Around Time).
7. Maintain confidentiality of client, bank, and property-related information.
Key Requirements:
1. Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel.
2. Good computer knowledge.
3. Good typing speed.
