The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Maharashtrian cuisine, including traditional regional recipes, cooking techniques, ingredients, and authentic flavours. The chef should be comfortable preparing both everyday family meals and special/customized menus based on the family's preferences.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and prepare daily meals according to the family's dietary preferences and requirements.
• Prepare authentic Maharashtrian cuisine using traditional cooking methods and ingredients.
• Create weekly/daily menus with variety and nutritional balance.
• Maintain consistent taste, presentation, portion control, and food quality.
• Source and manage fresh vegetables, groceries, spices, and other kitchen ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Manage food storage and minimize wastage.
• Adapt recipes according to dietary restrictions, allergies, preferences, and special occasions.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner as required.
• Prepare special festive and traditional Maharashtrian dishes when required.
