WE’RE HIRING — NIGHT SHIFT CCTV MONITORING OPERATOR
Company: UrbanEye Surveillance
Location: MEHER NAGAR GARKHEDA work from office
Shift: 9:45 PM to 6:00 AM
Salary: Based on experience and interview
UrbanEye Surveillance is looking for a responsible and attentive employee to monitor live CCTV feeds from clients’ shops, offices and construction sites during the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV feeds and stay alert throughout the shift.
- Identify suspicious activity, unauthorised entry or security concerns.
- Immediately inform the designated supervisor and client when an incident occurs.
- Activate alarms or sirens according to company procedures.
- Send hourly screenshots and monitoring updates through WhatsApp.
- Maintain incident records and prepare a daily shift report.
- Report camera disconnections and technical issues promptly.
- Keep client footage and information confidential.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Strong observation skills, punctuality and a responsible attitude.
- Ability to remain awake and focused throughout the night shift.
- Basic communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.
- CCTV or security experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
