Location: Beed Bypass Road, Before Guru Lawns, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra
Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-oriented Sales or Marketing Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Indoor Sales: Handle showroom customers, understand their requirements, explain product features, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
- Outdoor Sales: Visit architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and construction sites to generate new business.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the team for orders, quotations, and deliveries.
- Maintain customer records and submit regular sales reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in tiles, granite, building materials, or interior products will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for outdoor sales and client visits.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
