Job Description: Marketing Executive / Manager – PEB & Civil Engineering

Industry: PEB / Civil Construction

Experience: 6–8 Years

Department: Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and new business opportunities for PEB & civil projects.
• Identify and develop relationships with industrial clients, architects, consultants and contractors.
• Understand project requirements and prepare quotations & techno-commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Engineering and Execution teams.
• Handle client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups and order conversion.
• Read and understand technical drawings, layouts and project specifications.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Required Skills:

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in PEB / Construction / Project Sales.
• Strong knowledge of PEB, civil and industrial construction.
• Good technical, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience in lead generation, quotation preparation and project-based sales.
