About the RoleWe are looking for a Part-Time Recovery Executive responsible for calling customers, following up on pending payments, and maintaining regular communication to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments.
• Regularly follow up with customers for payment commitments.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales/accounts team regarding outstanding payments.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and payment status.
• Ensure systematic and timely recovery of outstanding payments.
• Escalate difficult or delayed cases to the concerned senior.
• RequirementsGood communication skills and confidence while speaking with customers.
• Comfortable making regular recovery and follow-up calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Responsible, confident, and target-oriented.
• Previous experience in recovery, collections, telecalling, or payment follow-up will be an advantage.

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be confident, persistent, polite with customers, and good at follow-ups, with basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

Salary: ₹[10K] per month / As per experience
