Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse & Billing Operations Executive for our Patanjali Super Distributorship business.

The candidate will be responsible for daily warehouse coordination, stock checking, dispatch support, billing coordination, purchase order support, claim follow-up, and Billing Software-related coordination.

This is a key operational role. The candidate must be disciplined, detail-oriented, computer-friendly, and capable of coordinating with warehouse staff, sales team, billing team, drivers, and distributors.

Candidate should be able to handle daily warehouse coordination, stock checking, dispatch support, inventory control, billing coordination, purchase order follow-up, claims/CN follow-up, BPOS coordination, distributor communication, and basic office operations.

The person should be:

1. Responsible and disciplined
2. Good in Excel and billing software
3. Comfortable with warehouse and office work both
4. Able to coordinate with labour, drivers, sales team, distributors, and company team
5. Detail-oriented in stock, batch, MRP, expiry, quantity, and billing checking
6. Good in follow-up for payments, claims, credit notes, and pending work
7. Able to work under dispatch and billing pressure
8. Honest, stable, and ownership-driven
9. Experienced in FMCG distribution, warehouse, billing, or inventory work preferred
