Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage sales invoices, challans, e‑way bills, and dispatch records
  • Maintain billing entries, ledgers, and GST compliance in Tally ERP
  • Track and coordinate dispatch schedules, stock movement, and logistics documentation
  • Generate and update MIS reports, stock registers, and client billing records in Excel
  • Liaise with accounts, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in billing and dispatch processes

Mandatory Skills

  • Tally ERP: Voucher entry, invoicing, GST, reconciliation
  • MS Excel: Formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables), reporting dashboards
  • Strong documentation and record‑keeping ability
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in billing
  • Good communication and coordination skills
