Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional cooking experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: High school diploma or culinary certification; food safety credentials like ServSafe are a plus.
