Admission Counsellor

1. Job Responsibilities

The Admission Counselor will be responsible for generating student admissions and guiding parents and students regarding courses offered by the coaching classes.

A. Student Admission & Counseling

Contact parents and students interested in enrolling in coaching classes.

Explain courses, subjects, teaching methods, batch timings, fees, and available facilities.

Understand students' academic needs and recommend suitable courses.

Convince interested parents to enroll their children in the classes.

Follow up with parents and students until admission is confirmed.

B. Telecalling & Lead Management

Make outbound calls to prospective parents and students.

Respond to inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and advertisements.

Maintain a database of inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed admissions.

Send course details, fee structures, and promotional messages through WhatsApp.

Follow up regularly with interested parents to convert inquiries into admissions.

C. Admission Target Achievement

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective communication and counseling.

Support promotional campaigns to increase student enrollment.

Maintain records of admissions, follow-ups, and conversion rates.

D. Parent Relationship Management

Build good relationships with parents and students.

Address questions and concerns professionally.

Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and facilities.

Coordinate with teachers and management whenever necessary.

2. Required Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.

Ability to convince and counsel parents effectively.

Experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or educational admissions is preferred.

Candidates with experience in coaching classes or educational institutions will be given preference.
