E-Commerce Operations & Inventory Executive

CY AND T TECH PRODUCTS is a growing multi-brand company currently managing three brands—COZI CLOUD, BUTTERFEEL and RYKRA—with plans to introduce and manage more brands in the future.

We are hiring an E-Commerce Operations & Inventory Executive to manage daily marketplace orders, inventory, shipments, returns and operational coordination for our existing and upcoming brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily orders received from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Snapdeal, ShopClues and D2C websites

• Download order reports, print invoices and generate shipping labels

• Coordinate order picking, packing, dispatch and courier handover

• Update inventory and stock availability across marketplaces

• Prevent overselling, stock mismatches and avoidable order cancellations

• Monitor pending, shipped, delivered, cancelled and returned orders

• Manage customer returns, RTO shipments, replacements and refund-related records

• Reconcile marketplace orders, inventory and return quantities

• Coordinate with warehouse, packing, catalogue and customer-support teams

• Monitor low-stock products and share replenishment requirements

• Maintain SKU-wise inventory and order reports in Excel or Google Sheets

• Track marketplace SLA, late dispatch and cancellation performance

• Raise operational support cases with marketplaces and logistics partners

• Support operations for COZI CLOUD, BUTTERFEEL, RYKRA and upcoming brands

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operations and inventory reports

Candidate Requirements:

• 6–12 months of experience in e-commerce operations, order processing or inventory management

• Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub is preferred

• Familiarity with Meesho, JioMart or other marketplaces will be an advantage

• Knowledge of order processing, shipping labels, invoices, returns and RTO management

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Understanding of SKU-wise inventory and stock reconciliation

• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability

• Ability to coordinate with warehouse, courier and marketplace teams

• Ability to manage multiple brands and daily operational deadlines

• Immediate joiners and candidates living near the workplace will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Salary: ₹18,000–₹23,000 per month
