Housekeeping Supervisor For BESS Plant At Bahadurgarh

Job Purpose:

To supervise and manage housekeeping activities at the BESS plant and guesthouse, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, proper upkeep, and a safe and pleasant environment for employees, visitors, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Supervise and allocate daily housekeeping duties to housekeeping staff.

·        Ensure cleanliness of all plant public/common areas, offices, corridors, staircases, washrooms and other designated areas.

·        Ensure proper cleaning and upkeep of the guesthouse, including guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas.

·        Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility..

·        Ensure proper collection, segregation, and disposal of housekeeping waste.

·        Maintain adequate stock of housekeeping materials and guesthouse consumables.

·        Supervise issue, use, storage, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

·        Conduct regular inspection of plant and guesthouse areas and take corrective action where required.

·        Report maintenance issues such as electrical, plumbing, AC, furniture, fixtures, leakage, or other defects to the concerned department.

·        Ensure housekeeping activities are carried out without disturbing plant operations.

·        Ensure overall cleanliness, presentation, hygiene, and upkeep of the BESS plant public areas and guesthouse.

Experience:

·        6+ years of experience in housekeeping supervision.

·        Experience in an industrial plant, project site, corporate facility, hotel, or guesthouse is preferred.

·        Good communication, team-handling, coordination, and basic record-keeping skills.

·        Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
