Performance Marketing Executive

CY AND T TECH PRODUCTS is a growing multi-brand company currently managing three brands—COZI CLOUD, BUTTERFEEL and RYKRA—with plans to launch and manage more brands in the future.

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our existing and upcoming brands across Meta, Google and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

• Create full-funnel campaigns for brand awareness, website traffic, leads and online sales

• Manage prospecting, retargeting and remarketing campaigns

• Monitor campaign budgets, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates

• Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research

• Test different creatives, ad copies, audiences, placements and bidding strategies

• Install and verify Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking

• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement improvements

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and e-commerce teams for advertising creatives

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly campaign performance reports

• Recommend budget allocation based on campaign performance

• Support paid advertising for COZI CLOUD, BUTTERFEEL, RYKRA and upcoming brands

• Help improve website conversions, customer acquisition and overall advertising profitability

Candidate Requirements:

• 6–12 months of practical performance marketing experience

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, retargeting and conversion tracking

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

• Understanding of key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate

• Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands is preferred

• Good analytical ability and knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns and advertising budgets

• Strong attention to detail and a performance-focused approach

• Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate campaigns or reports managed previously

• Immediate joiners and candidates living near the workplace will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month

Recommended Offer: ₹30,000 per month
