Senior Accountant

CY AND T TECH PRODUCTS is a growing multi-brand company currently managing COZI CLOUD, BUTTERFEEL and RYKRA, with plans to introduce and manage more brands in the future.

We are hiring an experienced Senior Accountant with comprehensive knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory return filing and e-commerce marketplace reconciliation. The candidate should be capable of independently managing the company’s day-to-day accounts and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally Prime

• Record and verify sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments and journal entries

• Manage GST accounting and prepare data for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and annual returns

• Perform GST input tax credit reconciliation with GSTR-2B

• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, return filing and TDS certificates

• Support income-tax return filing, advance-tax calculations and statutory compliance

• Generate and verify tax invoices, e-invoices, debit notes and credit notes

• Prepare e-way bills and maintain related documentation

• Reconcile bank accounts, cash, payment gateways and financial ledgers

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor reconciliation

• Monitor customer outstanding amounts and vendor payment schedules

• Reconcile orders, sales, returns, commissions, TCS, TDS, fees and settlements from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart and other marketplaces

• Reconcile Shopify and other D2C website payments with bank and payment-gateway settlements

• Account for marketplace returns, RTO orders, claims, reimbursements and deductions

• Maintain SKU-wise and platform-wise sales and settlement reports

• Manage payroll calculations, salary records and applicable statutory deductions

• Prepare profit and loss statements, balance-sheet schedules, cash-flow reports and MIS reports

• Maintain fixed-asset registers, inventory records and expense documentation

• Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors and government departments when required

• Assist with monthly and annual closing, audits and financial reporting

• Maintain accurate records for COZI CLOUD, BUTTERFEEL, RYKRA and future brands

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter or a relevant accounting qualification

• 3–5 years of practical accounting and taxation experience

• Advanced working knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax and statutory return filing

• Experience with GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation and TDS returns

• Knowledge of e-invoicing, e-way bills and bank reconciliation

• Practical experience in e-commerce accounting and marketplace settlement reconciliation

• Ability to independently manage books of accounts and compliance deadlines

• Strong numerical accuracy, documentation and problem-solving ability

• Experience working with a CA, e-commerce company, D2C brand or multi-brand business is preferred

• Immediate joiners and candidates living near the workplace will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Suggested Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month
